Pracujeme s farbivami v tekut\u00fdch rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1ch, ale aj s tenk\u00fdmi vrstvami na pevnom substr\u00e1te. Meriame tzv. excita\u010dn\u00e9 a emisn\u00e9 spektr\u00e1 v rozsahu od 250 nm do 900 nm.
