Je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na princ\u00edpe r\u00f6ntgenovej fluorescencie, ktor\u00e1 je definovan\u00e1 ako emisia charakteristick\u00e9ho \u017eiarenia materi\u00e1lom excitovan\u00fdm vysokoenergetick\u00fdm r\u00f6ntgenov\u00fdm alebo gama \u017eiaren\u00edm. V\u00fdhodou met\u00f3dy je jej r\u00fdchlos\u0165, nede\u0161trukt\u00edvnos\u0165 a \u017eiadne, resp. minim\u00e1lne n\u00e1roky na \u00fapravu vzorky, tak\u017ee anal\u00fdzu nezn\u00e1mej vzorky je mo\u017en\u00e9 vykona\u0165 aj v ter\u00e9ne. V\u010faka t\u00fdmto v\u00fdhod\u00e1m nach\u00e1dza met\u00f3da r\u00f6ntgenovej fluorescen\u010dnej spektrometrie \u0161irok\u00e9 uplatnenie v oblasti metalurgie, biol\u00f3gie, ch\u00e9mie, environmentalistiky, mineral\u00f3gie, archeol\u00f3gie a mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch. \u00daJFI disponuje modul\u00e1rnym zariaden\u00edm od firmy AMPTEK, ktor\u00e9 pozost\u00e1va z mini-r\u00f6ntgenov\u00e9ho zdroja a zo spektrometra s Si-PIN polovodi\u010dov\u00fdm detektorom&#8230;. <\/div><\/li>\n<li><div class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__featured-image alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ujfi.fei.stuba.sk\/en\/laboratorium-polovodicovych-detektorov\/\" aria-label=\"Laborat\u00f3rium polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch detektorov\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ujfi.fei.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/newspolo-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"\" \/><\/a><\/div><a class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__post-title\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ujfi.fei.stuba.sk\/en\/laboratorium-polovodicovych-detektorov\/\">Laborat\u00f3rium polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch detektorov<\/a><div class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__post-excerpt\">Laborat\u00f3rium sl\u00fa\u017ei na v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj detektorov na b\u00e1ze perspekt\u00edvnych polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn a na pedagogick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Pozost\u00e1va z automatizovan\u00e9ho meracieho zariadenia ur\u010den\u00e9ho na zis\u0165ovanie elektro-fyzik\u00e1lnych parametrov detektorov meran\u00edm ich volt-amp\u00e9rov\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk v rozsahu nap\u00e4t\u00ed 0,1 V a\u017e 1000 V a pr\u00fadov 1 fA a\u017e 20 mA. Laborat\u00f3rium je \u010falej vybaven\u00e9 spektrometrick\u00fdmi trasami na zis\u0165ovanie spektrometrick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch detektorov: digit\u00e1lnou spektrometrickou trasou InSpector2000 a spektrometrickou trasou s PX5 digit\u00e1lnym pulzn\u00fdm procesorom&nbsp; s integrovan\u00fdm zdrojom vysok\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia a mnohokan\u00e1lov\u00fdm analyz\u00e1torom. Meran\u00edm alfa a gama spektier 241Am a 133Ba sa ur\u010duj\u00fa spektrometrick\u00e9 vlastnosti polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch detektorov. CEA Cadarache FR, \u00daTEF \u010cVUT, Praha, CZ. V\u00fdskum je zameran\u00fd najm\u00e4 na nov\u00e9perspekt\u00edvne polovodi\u010dov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly ako SiC a\u00a0GaAs a\u00a0na pr\u00edpravu detektorov pre aplik\u00e1ciev\u00a0spektrometrii, v digit\u00e1lnej r\u00e1diografii a\u00a0pre zobrazovanie a\u00a0vyhodnocovanie parametrov st\u00f4p \u010dast\u00edcv\u00a0okol\u00ed ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010dov \u010di vo vesm\u00edre. \u00daspechom na medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni je v\u00fdvoj prv\u00e9ho hybridn\u00e9homulti-pixelov\u00e9ho detektora (TPX3) s\u00a0radia\u010dne odoln\u00fdm SiC senzorom.
